The combination of light and the ceramic material is not obvious. Traditionally, light is considered as abstract, while clay is considered as tangible and rough. In my design the light is a sculptural element that together with the ceramic components create harmony of shades and lighted areas. The layers form an interesting visual perspective and the roundish shape creates softness and balance.
